Hi. Can you check if you added 'query' into the bind::esri:parameters column? By default, when the Inbox is populated, data from repeats is not retrieved, if you include 'query' in bind::esri:parameters then all previous records will be fetched.
Also, just in case, remember that the repeat group in Connect will always be empty. You need to populate the Inbox in the Survy123 field app before you will be able to see repeat records in a survey.

There are some additional details in the 'Repeats in the Inbox' section in this post: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2020/04/09/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-repeats There is also great info in this help topic: Prepare for editing existing survey data—ArcGIS Survey123 | Documentation

Go to https://survey123.arcgis.com?portalUrl=https://host.domain.com/webadaptor (where host, domain, and webadaptor are replaced by information about your portal) and click Sign In. Browse to the survey's Data page. Double-click the cell in the data table that you want to edit. Make your changes.
Edit the title and tags for the new survey if necessary, and click Save As. The Survey123 website copies the existing survey and opens the copy, allowing you to use the existing content as the basis for a new survey.
On the My Surveys tab, select Surveys I own from the drop-down list. On the survey's Data page, on the top panel, click Open in Map Viewer. In the Map Viewer window, click the survey record on the map to display its pop-up. Click Edit > Delete.
Sharing ownership allows other members of your organization to make updates to a survey in the Survey123website and web designer. This is useful in collaborative situations in which multiple people need to update the same survey.
For each survey, Survey123 creates a folder in your ArcGIS account named Survey-SurveyName that contains the following: Form item—Contains the survey that can be opened in the Survey123 field app and web app. Feature layer—Stores the responses to the survey.
Cloning copies all survey content and its layout while preserving the original survey. You can edit a survey to add questions, change answers, and make configuration and layout changes. After you get the survey looking the way you want, you can replace the original survey with the cloned and updated one.
To suit your survey needs, it's available in two offerings: Survey123 Web for quick survey creation in a simple drag and drop interface and Survey123 Connect which uses XLS forms to create surveys and can provide more advanced configurability.
The DELETE command is used to delete particular records from a table. The TRUNCATE command is used to delete the complete data from the table. It is a DML command.
If your data collection is more information and not so much feature delineation, Survey123 is easier and more accessible to users. If your data is more map centric, Field Maps has advantages. However, Survey123 has also come a long way and users of Survey123 can now create points, lines, and polygons on maps.
Click the record selector for the first record you want to select, holding down the mouse button. Drag down to the last record you want to select, then release the mouse button. You can also select non-consecutive records by holding down the Ctrl key as you click each record.
In SQL, selecting data from a database table is a common task, but there are instances when you need to retrieve more than just one column of information. Luckily, SQL makes this really easy. To select multiple columns from a table, simply separate the column names with commas!
To select consecutive records, you can click and drag the mouse.Press and hold the CTRL key while clicking additional records. You can also select a range of records in a table by clicking the first record in the desired range and holding down the SHIFT key while clicking the last record in the range.
