Survey123 won't show previous repeats? ›

You need to populate the Inbox in the Survy123 field app before you will be able to see repeat records in a survey.

To select multiple records simultaneously, hold the Ctrl key and click each item on the table, as shown in the following image.

Go to https://survey123.arcgis.com?portalUrl=https://host.domain.com/webadaptor (where host, domain, and webadaptor are replaced by information about your portal) and click Sign In. Browse to the survey's Data page. Double-click the cell in the data table that you want to edit. Make your changes.

Copy or delete a survey

Edit the title and tags for the new survey if necessary, and click Save As. The Survey123 website copies the existing survey and opens the copy, allowing you to use the existing content as the basis for a new survey.

On the My Surveys tab, select Surveys I own from the drop-down list. On the survey's Data page, on the top panel, click Open in Map Viewer. In the Map Viewer window, click the survey record on the map to display its pop-up. Click Edit > Delete.

Sharing ownership allows other members of your organization to make updates to a survey in the Survey123website and web designer. This is useful in collaborative situations in which multiple people need to update the same survey.

For each survey, Survey123 creates a folder in your ArcGIS account named Survey-SurveyName that contains the following: Form item—Contains the survey that can be opened in the Survey123 field app and web app. Feature layer—Stores the responses to the survey.

Cloning copies all survey content and its layout while preserving the original survey. You can edit a survey to add questions, change answers, and make configuration and layout changes. After you get the survey looking the way you want, you can replace the original survey with the cloned and updated one.

Click the record selector for the first record you want to select, holding down the mouse button. Drag down to the last record you want to select, then release the mouse button. You can also select non-consecutive records by holding down the Ctrl key as you click each record.
