Will there be limited capacity at TIAA Bank Field for games this season?
With the health and well-being of everyone in mind, the Jaguars will be reducing capacity this season to maintain compliance with state and local authorities and follow CDC social distancing guidelines. TIAA Bank Field will be able to seat approximately 25 percent of its capacity to each Jaguars home game in 2020.
What areas will be affected by the policy on limited capacity?
· Reduction in capacity will require a re-seat of the entire stadium including all season ticket members and premium areas. We are working with Ticketmaster to develop a new seating chart that allows for six feet of distance between unaffiliated parties. Season Ticket members who elect to participate will be able to purchase season ticket based on the new seating chart starting in early August.
· TIAA Bank Field will tarp the first seven rows in the lower level in order to create a safe distance between fans and on-field personnel.
· We anticipate spaces typically open to all fans on game day such as the Bud Light Party Zone will be closed for gatherings outside of purchasing concessions.
· The Clubs will remain open on both the east and west side for those patrons with club seats.
I've seen how other NFL teams have set their guidelines for a reduced capacity, how was it determined to move forward with these specific plans?
While we understand that other clubs may handle this process differently based on their own ticket base, stadium size and other market factors, our goals were:
• No Season Ticket Member should be forced into purchasing something that they did not want or was not the intent of their purchase when renewals were issued in February.
• No Season Ticket Member was limited in their options to the point that they could not get their full payment back, especially if they felt unsafe coming to the stadium this fall.
To meet those goals, it was determined that it was best to issue 2021 season ticket credits for all Jaguars Season Ticket Members with refunds available upon request. Those funds may also be applied to the purchase of 2020 season tickets under the new socially distanced seating chart.
2020 SEASON TICKETS
When should we receive more information on the refund process and the seat selection for 2020 season?
Season ticket members were sent an email on Wednesday, July 28 with instructions on how to opt in or opt out of the 2020 season. Please check your inbox or contact the Jaguars ticketing office at 904-633-2000 or ticketing@jaguars.com. The deadline to make a choice for the 2020 season is Tuesday, August 4.
What are the options available to Season Ticket Members? Do I have to attend a game?
Season Ticket Members can select one of three options:
- Option 1 - I want to participate in the process for re-selecting seats in the socially-distanced capacity stadium.
- Option 2 – I want account credit toward 2020 mini plans or group sales hospitality areas.
- Option 3 - I want an account credit toward my 2021 season ticket membership.
- Option 4 - I want to request a refund.
If you do not select by this date, Option 3, an account credit toward your 2021 membership, will be selected for you.
What's the process for selecting seats for the 2020 season?
In the email sent to Season Ticket Members on Wednesday, July 29, you were provided with a seat re-selection window that will grant you access to purchase new seats in the socially-distanced stadium assuming you opt in for the 2020 season. You must opt in by August 4 to take advantage of this purchasing window.
How were the specific dates and times of purchase determined?
Season Ticket Members will be given access to purchase in a priority order, which is heavily weighted by tenure. After that, 2020 group ticket and single-game purchasers will have the opportunity to purchase season tickets. Based on demand, some single-game tickets may become available to the general public at a later date.
Where will I be able to view available seats for the 2020 Season?
Similar to our relocation process, our seat selection will be done through your password protected online account at www.jaguars.com/myaccount.
If I do not attend games in 2020, will I still have my seat location for 2021?
Yes, your season ticket location will remain the same in 2021.
What happens to any tickets that I have already re-sold or transferred?
The tickets will no longer be valid for entry. Please contact your reseller for more information.
Will I lose my tenure and seat location if I choose the refund option?
Attendance at Jaguars games in 2020 will have no effect on existing season ticket member status. Regardless of your decision to attend Jaguars games in 2020, your account tenure will remain intact. All 2020 seat locations will be protected and offered for renewal in 2021.
How do I request a refund?
Please refer to the email you received on July 28 and select option 3 by the deadline of Friday, July 31.

SINGLE GAME TICKETS
Will individual game tickets be made available if I don't want to purchase a season ticket membership for this year?
Based on demand, some single-game tickets may become available at a later date.
Will there be an opportunity to open more seats throughout the season if circ*mstances regarding COVID-19 improve?
Once the season begins, any future increase in capacity will depend on developments on the health and safety front.
Will there be an opportunity to purchase additional single-game tickets for the 2020 Season?
Any changes on the health and safety front that allow for an increase to seating capacity throughout the season would provide more fans the ability to purchase single-game tickets in more areas at a later on-sale date.
SOCIAL DISTANCE GUIDELINES
I have to practice social distancing at the stadium this year?
With the health and well-being of everyone in mind, the Jaguars will be reducing capacity this season to maintain compliance with state and local authorities and follow CDC social distancing guidelines. TIAA Bank Field will be able to seat approximately 25 percent of its capacity to each Jaguars home game in 2020. We are working with Ticketmaster to develop a new seating chart that allows for six feet of distance between unaffiliated parties. We will ask fans to maintain a six-foot distance between unaffiliated parties at all times to ensure the safest environment.
Will I have to wear a mask at Jaguars games?
Guests planning to attend Jaguars home games in 2020 will be required to wear face coverings as required by current guidelines. Face coverings that completely cover your mouth and nose are required at TIAA Bank Field and strongly encouraged in all parking lots. You will be required to wear face coverings upon entry and throughout the stadium except when eating and drinking, which you may only do while sitting or standing at a bar-height table (i.e., not while walking). The sole exception to this policy is that if a guest presents a note signed by a physician stating that the guest is unable to wear a mask due to medical reasons, that guest will be permitted to enter if they wear a face shield while at the stadium. Guests failing to adhere to this policy will be subject to disciplinary measures as outlined in the Fan Code of Conduct.

If I purchase season tickets this year, what benefits should I expect to receive with that purchase?
Purchasers of the full season package will continue to receive Jaguars Season Ticket Benefits such as:

If I decide not to purchase season tickets in 2020, how will my benefits be impacted?
All renewed accounts & New Season Ticket Members who committed for the 2020 Season prior to August 1st but elect to not purchase the full season package will receive the following:
• Automatically included in a presale for any available seats once final capacity is confirmed. Their credit can be utilized to purchase tickets from that capacity if they choose.
• 2021 Season Ticket Membership cost will be consistent to their membership pricing in 2020 and they will be credited with a year of tenure toward the 2020 season, regardless of if they attend any games or not.
• If we can host a full-capacity crowd for potential playoff games, they will be given the first option to purchase seats.
Attendance at Jaguars games in 2020 will have no effect on existing season ticket member status. Regardless of your decision to attend Jaguars games in 2020, your account tenure will remain intact. All 2020 seat locations will be protected and offered for renewal in 2021.
PARKING
Will parking also be subject to the limited capacity policies?
Similar to our reduced capacity in-stadium, Parking spots in Jaguars and ASM Global operated lots near or around TIAA Bank Field will be socially distanced. To protect the health and safety of all game attendees, tailgating during the 2020 season will be strongly discouraged in Jaguars and ASM Global managed parking lots near and around TIAA Bank Field.
I had already purchased parking with my season tickets, how is my parking impacted?
Parking has been returned off season ticket members accounts and members who re-select seats for the 2020 season will have the option to add parking at the time of re-selection. Season ticket members will be limited to one parking pass per four seats purchased.
