MHRise Great Sword Builds

That being said however, if you're really looking for the build that will deal the most consistent damage, then raw builds almost always do more damage than elemental builds, except in very specific scenarios. Long Swords are known to be able to roll out of most attack chains with a well rounded moveset with good reach and vertical ability. Attacks charge up a Spirit Gauge that increases attack damage and unlocks Spirit Blade attacks.
